IH-10 Downtown Enhancements, El Paso, Texas
AIA developed plans, specifications and estimate for the aesthetic enhancements along the IH-10 depressed section along Downtown El Paso.
Work included inspection of the existing bridges (Missouri, Campbell, Wyoming, Stanton, Mesa, El Paso, Oregon, Santa Fe, Prospect, Porfirio Diaz) along with cleaning and painting of the bridge structures and retaining walls. New aesthetic railing was placed along the bridges which crossover IH-10, the Missouri and Prospect are the signature bridges for this corridor and had more ornate fencing placed along with LED accent lighting.
